Let’s learn about MagicMinos! ✨ #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) October 14, 2021
MagicMinos are the purple Tetriminos that appear in Connected Mode, and they can be used to fill gaps in the Matrix. They’re particularly useful for correcting a mistake, and you can also use them to level out the playing field too! pic.twitter.com/TpogYmUteq
Today we’re learning about the REVIVE feature! 👩🏫 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) October 29, 2021
Your teammates can revive you in Connected Mode by clearing lines and doing T-Spins to build up the revive meter. You can also help out by pressing the spin/rotate button to the sound of the applause! 👏 pic.twitter.com/StuQOF44Uo
Let’s learn about speed options in Classic Score Attack! 👩🏫 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) November 11, 2021
In CSA Local/Friend matches, you can pick between NTSC & PAL speeds in Match Options; if you set it to PAL, you will move sideways faster, but the game gets faster quicker and reaches top speed at Level 19! ⚡ pic.twitter.com/Aq7RrdQ18m
Let’s learn about attack power in Zone Battle! 👩🏫 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) November 17, 2021
Entering the Zone stops opponents from attacking, and you’ll send a larger attack than normal. A bonus is added to your normal attack, based on lines cleared. Even higher if the Zone meter was full when triggered! 🎮⚡ pic.twitter.com/g3dxgMMjxe
Let’s customize our Tetriminos and see more in the Next Queue! 👩🏫 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) December 2, 2021
Two handy tweaks found in the Options > Gameplay menu: Toggle the Tetrimino look from Customized (matching the stage/mode) to Traditional colors, and alter the Next Queue to show up to 4! 🎨 pic.twitter.com/p4T7L6i1tH
Defense in Connected Vs. #TECTips! 👩🏫
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) December 17, 2021
As the Boss, you automatically enter DEFENSE Mode when the opposing team enters the Zone, giving you time to offset attacks. You can also enter Defense manually by using LT/RT on your controller to remove garbage lines! pic.twitter.com/I3NUsZwVgl
It’s #TECTips time! 📈🎮
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) January 13, 2022
In Score Attack Mode, a T-Spin is more efficient than a Tetris. If you get Back To Back combos, your score will be multiplied by 1.5, resulting in even more points. Time to practice those T-Spins! 👏 pic.twitter.com/R7BMOl5ODp
Curious about OVERALL SR? 🤔 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) January 20, 2022
OVERALL SR increases not only with your ability, but also with time spent in RANKED matches. Tier 10 is the highest – when you reach this level, your avatar will appear in the Tetrimidion (and there’s a special role in our Discord too! 👀) pic.twitter.com/BJfUvh8eWn
⚡️ Adjust the game speed in Zone Battle 🧐 #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) February 3, 2022
You can change the game’s speed to match your skill level in a Friend or Local Zone Battle match. From the lobby, go to Match Options>Speed Mod. ⏩Set it to Fast to amp up the challenge, or Slow for a more strategic battle.⏪ pic.twitter.com/gd8I4BkMAE
Today’s #TECtips is about the UNSTABLE Blitz!
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) February 9, 2022
The flaming Tetriminos will explode if they make contact with an already placed flaming block, so make sure you don’t place them together. You can use a normal Tetrimino to prevent explosions! 💥 pic.twitter.com/BKiv8aeGoH
Today’s #TECtips is about Handicaps! 🏋
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) March 4, 2022
In both FRIEND and LOCAL matches, you have the option of setting a handicap. If you’re playing with someone with a different skill level than you, this is a great way to level the playing field! This is how they work… pic.twitter.com/UV2L5521QS
Different BOSS, different attack strength! #TECtips 👾
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) March 31, 2022
In Connected & Connected VS, each Boss has its own attack strength and frequency. Check out this table to learn more! 🧠 pic.twitter.com/iCj7vAd92S
Boss Attack types in Connected Mode! #TECtips ⚔️
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) April 8, 2022
In Connected Mode, there are two attack types from Bosses – those unique to that Boss, and those common in that Area. The exception is Tetrimidion, which can unleash all kinds of chaos!⚡ pic.twitter.com/29GOUEQp7D
>Boss Attack types in Connected Mode - Part 2 #TECtips 👩🏫
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) April 21, 2022
There is a pattern to the BOSS attacks in Connected and Connected VS!
Again, the exception is Tetrimidion -- the same attack as the previous one is rarely chosen, and you'll never see three in a row. 🎮 pic.twitter.com/5CtMLqcT8J
BOSS Strength #TECtips 🌟
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) May 18, 2022
In Connected VS, the attack speed of the BOSS side determines the number of lines needed for the team to fill the Zone Gauge + the strength of the BOSS's attack. If the BOSS wants to send a strong attack, they need to erase more lines to fill the gauge! pic.twitter.com/AGgXEpLvZi
Time to learn about HARD BLOCK/HARD FIELD #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) June 2, 2022
This attack introduces Tetriminos to the Matrix that need to be Line-Cleared twice to remove them! If you mix hard blocks with regular ones, the regular ones will turn into holes, so be careful! pic.twitter.com/z0MGayQiIR
What is INITIAL ROTATION and INITIAL HOLD? #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) June 17, 2022
In the OPTIONS menu, you can change the way you rotate or hold Tetriminos before they appear in-game. Trying to achieve a 20+ Line Clear? These options are for you! pic.twitter.com/EtyfOZYjYo
Match Options in Multiplayer! #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) July 28, 2022
In FRIEND and LOCAL Score Attack and Classic Score Attack matches, there are extra settings to change the rules of the game. You can change the win count, rule template, time limit, and more! Go to Match Options to check them out. pic.twitter.com/oL9zhcQtXQ
Curious about Zone Battle phases? #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 4, 2022
In ZONE battles, phases introduce changes to the game, making it progressively harder. Early on, garbage is cleaner and easier to handle. Later on, garbage is messier, your ZONE gauge is harder to fill, and ZONE time is shorter. pic.twitter.com/jvUDynI3q6
Boss Strategy is today’s #TECtips! 🤔
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 10, 2022
In Connected VS, balancing your ATTACK vs DEFENSE is paramount to doing well as the Boss! Prioritize ATTACK so you can strengthen your attacks, and use DEFENSE strategically so you don’t let the opposing team quickly build up their gauge. pic.twitter.com/JCgVxrbh4V
Connected Mode, Tip One! #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 18, 2022
In order to send a big attack to the boss, follow this formula:
Lots of lines + All 3 players + Play quickly!
The attack power in Connected Zone is determined by the number of lines filled, and the number of people connected. pic.twitter.com/vCMqCpNKI4
Extra bonus #TECtips!
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 18, 2022
The lines that are automatically filled when you start the Connected Zone have a lower attack than the lines manually filled by the players.
Fill as many lines as you can *after* the Zone starts!
Connected Mode, Tip Two! #TECtips
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 24, 2022
In the final phase of Area 5, all three players need to be alive to send a large attack together! If one of your teammates is knocked out, you won't be able to send an attack at all.
In Area 5, every player needs to work together! pic.twitter.com/Z1BYMRa0O7
Another Connected #TECtips!
— Enhance (@enhance_exp) August 31, 2022
In Connected/Connected Vs, the more times you connect, the stronger the team's attack will be.
However, the more times you connect, the more violent the Boss's attacks will be, and the harder it will be to fill the Connected Zone Gauge. pic.twitter.com/Jq7vCers0O
